The agent works
The work the agent does when you give it a job, and the work of routines that fire on their own. New work is what gets counted, not what the agent re-reads in order to keep going.
Pricing
A per-seat license charges you the same for someone who logs in twice a month and someone who has their agents working all day. On the company plans the price belongs to the company: it does not multiply by headcount, and what counts is the work your agents do. The Individual plan is the exception, and it is what its name says: one person.
What counts
When one of them re-reads what it already had in front of it in order to keep working, we do not charge you for that re-reading. An agent re-reads its whole context at every internal step, and that volume is the bulk of what it consumes. It stays out of the count.

When you give the agent a job, what draws on your plan is the new work it does to carry it out. Re-reading what it already had in front of it costs you nothing.
Indexing runs on your own server with a local model. You can upload your entire document history at no cost.
Hybrid search and the link graph are queries against your own database. Search as often as you like.
When the agent searches what you already discussed, it uses a full-text query rather than the model.
Direct messages, groups, project chat, attachments and notifications.
Every plan
Nobody loses the ability to do something by paying less. What follows is the whole product, and it is what Basic carries. A plan buys how much monthly work your agents do and how far its agreed caps reach, never which half of the product you are allowed to open.
The knowledge
The work
The governance
The governance layer, the one usually sold as the plan above, is there from Basic. None of these functions is switched off for paying less: what changes between plans is how much monthly work is included and how far the agreed caps reach, not what your company is able to do.
The plans
The monthly price covers the system and the work your agents do. Each card says who it is for and how much work it carries, in the same words you will read inside the application.

Prices in dollars and before tax: the gateway adds whatever tax applies at the moment of the charge, according to the country. Individual is priced for one person; Basic, Pro and Enterprise are priced per company and not per seat. There is no free plan. On the three priced plans payment happens in the checkout, off this site, and while that checkout is not enabled the button leaves you on the signup form and we settle it by email.
More work
A closing month or a migration pushes the consumption well above the usual. That does not have to become a plan change and it does not wait for the next cycle, and it works the same on Basic, on Pro and on Enterprise.
From inside the application, with no email to write and no waiting for the next month to start. The request is stored with its date and you can see the ones you made before.
We review it on our side and your company budget goes up once that approval exists. It is not a card purchase inside the application and not a button that settles itself, and we confirm what the extra work costs when we answer.
You do not change plan, nothing is renegotiated and the monthly price stays where it was. When that month is over, your plan is where it was.
It works on every plan, Individual included. Asking for more work is not the same as going over: if you go over without asking, your agents keep working just the same and the extra work is charged at double on the following month invoice.
How you are billed
If you go past your plan, the extra work costs double what it costs inside the plan, and if the overage would come to less than 25 dollars we do not charge it.
Image generation, video generation and any servers you contract are billed apart, at what they cost, in the month you use them.
Your spending
Inside the application you can see at any moment what percent of your plan you have spent this month, who spent it and which agent spent it. It is the answer to the one question anything metered raises first, which is what stops a month from turning into an invoice nobody expected.
68% of your plan this month
The meter speaks in percent of your plan rather than in units you would have to translate. It is the same figure you look at and the one we look at when we tell you the plan above works out cheaper.
Every job is recorded with the person who asked for it, the company and the project. When a month climbs, nobody has to guess where it came from or ask around the office.
The record also keeps which process did the work: a conversation, an agent by its name, or a test. An agent eating more than it should shows up by name instead of inside a total.
The summary runs by day and by process, so a jump in spending is visible on the date it happened and can be traced back to the work that caused it.
An invoice surprises you when the spending was invisible until it arrived. Here it is visible while it happens, by company, by person and by agent, so the surcharge on the next invoice is never the first you hear of it.
Billing rules
There is no free tier to find out with, so the invoice is explained before you buy rather than after. These seven govern the bill on every plan.
01
Your plan includes an amount of work each month. What you do not use does not carry over to the next month.
02
Anything past your plan is charged on the following month's invoice, never all at once mid-month.
03
A plan change takes effect on the next cycle, with no proration. If you move up on the 12th, that month bills the plan you had and the new one starts on the 1st of the following month.
04
Image generation, video generation and servers are billed in full in their own month, outside the plan and outside the surcharge.
05
If you cancel, you pay the full month and the service runs to the end of the cycle. There are no partial refunds, just as there is no proration when you move up.
06
Prices exclude tax. The payment gateway applies whatever tax is due at the moment of the charge, according to the country.
07
Work that fits inside your plan is already paid for by the plan. Work past it costs double and lands on the next month invoice. If the overage would come to less than 25 dollars, it is not charged.
The same seven are in the terms you sign. If one of them changes, we write to you before it takes effect, because what changes is what you agreed to.
Compare
Every function row is checked three times, and that block is the point. What separates the plans sits above it, in the caps, and below it, in the contract terms.

The caps in the first three rows (routines, applications and people) are commercial terms we agree with you when the account opens, not locks the application enforces on its own. The people one is not a per-seat charge either: the plan price does not multiply by headcount, and two companies of the same size pay the same even if one asks its agents for three times the work.
Questions
Two of these answers are less comfortable than the brochure version. They are the ones that prevent a complaint in month one.
